Every order begins with a quote for the project provided by the client. We select the wood species, step profile and finish according to the client's wishes – we offer oak and ash. Every element is prepared for lacquering or oiling on the client's side.

Important Information
- Stair installation may begin only after all construction and finishing works have been completed.
- Differences in wood shades are not subject to complaints due to the natural character of the raw material.
- Any visual complaints regarding the appearance of the stairs must be raised before installation.
- Once installed, no complaints will be accepted.
- For colour-finished elements, a slight colour difference from the sample is permitted.
- When matching elements to a previously completed order, a small shade difference is permitted.
